He has held leadership roles with ICICI and Aditya Birla Group across India and the Middle East, including Oman and UAE. His expertise spans equities, mutual funds, insurance, and strategic growth, with a strong focus on client success.

CO-FOUNDER / COO
Mithuna Krishnaswami brings over 25 years of experience in financial services. He began his career in stockbroking in 1995 with a BSE member, gaining first-hand experience during the era of physical securities trading. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at leading organizations, including State Street, BNY Pershing, SHCIL, TCS, and HCL. At Affluentsia, he leverages his extensive industry knowledge and operational expertise to build efficient, scalable, and client-centric solutions that drive operational excellence and deliver meaningful value to clients.
Siji Binu
CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
With a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Siji Binu brings diverse experience across banking, shipping, logistics, and financial services. She has worked with global organisations including Standard Chartered Bank and Blue Bell Shipping in the Middle East. Alongside Binu Joseph, she helped establish Prodigy Financial Services and contributed to its growth through a strong customer-first approach, building trust and delivering solutions that create lasting value.
